White stoneware pourer is wheel thrown and Kingfisher sculpted and carved. Bird is painted with underglazes and vessel glazed with ochre wash and ash glaze. Fired in oxidation to cone 6. 
 
The bottle comes with a small holder for the stopper so that it can be safe and also still displayed while the sake bottle is being refilled or poured.
