White stoneware bowl carved to look like a turtle shell. The exterior is glazed with microcrystalline, golden ash, and blue ash glaze. Fired to cone 6 in oxidation. 
 
The 2 bowls available vary slightly in size and glaze, because they are wheel thrown, altered, and glazed by spraying multiple layers.
